FRITSCH+DURISOTTI attaches great importance to the preservation of the personal data of its clients and manages them with great care. The same applies to the personal data of its suppliers, subcontractors, and other partners. When FRITSCH+DURISOTTI collects and processes your personal data, it respects the applicable laws and regulations in this matter, namely in particular the French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files, and freedoms, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR).

- The type of data we collect : we are essentially required to collect general data relating to identity (surname, first name, telephone, postal details, email, companies for which you work, IP address). Except in the case of an exception due to a particular project that you might entrust to us, and which would be subject to specific provisions, we do not collect so-called sensitive data.

(2) Access to digital data is possible from the fixed and laptop computers of FRITSCH+DURISOTTI, and from the mobile phones of the employees and partners of FRITSCH+DURISOTTI who have committed to complying with these provisions. It is restricted by a password. The password is changed regularly and is composed of lowercase and uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

These legal notices are subject to French law. Any dispute concerning them is subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts. 

Terms of Intervention
