Morphée Elio, co-created with Hachette Enfants, is an audio box designed to guide children aged 3 to 8 in discovering and managing their emotions. Through stories and sophrology sessions, Elio offers a gentle and playful approach to introduce children to the practice of sophrology. By helping them understand and tame their emotions, Elio contributes to their personal development, enhancing their memory and concentration.
